In Khmelnytskyi, a man paid over 531,000 hryvnias in back child support
In the Khmelnytskyi region, more than 531,000 hryvnias were forcibly collected from a child support debtor. According to the Khmelnytskyi Interregional Office of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, this exact amount of arrears was successfully collected from the man in a single payment.
“Within the framework of a single enforcement proceeding, a state enforcement officer from the Second Department of the State Enforcement Service in Khmelnytskyi, through the consistent application of enforcement measures provided for by law, ensured the full repayment of the child support debt,” the agency stated.
In total, over 531,000 UAH was collected from the debtor in a single payment, of which:
355,500 UAH — the amount of child support;
140,800 UAH — penalties;
35,500 UAH — enforcement fee.
“All collected funds were transferred in accordance with the requirements of current legislation,” the agency added.
MPZinkevych declared over 3.1 million UAH in income for the year.
