Украинские сервисы телемедицины Doctor Online и LeoDoc объединяются: детали
Известный сервис-приложение телемедицины Doctor Online и недавно запущенный проект LeoDoc объединяются в рамках одной бизнес-структуры, американской компании LeoMed Inc.
По словам команды сервиса, у такого объединения две цели — локальная и глобальная. Основная локальная цель — усиление на рынке украинской телемедицины с конечной целью закрепления лидерской позиции среди аналогичных продуктов на отечественном рынке. Отныне любая клиника или врач частной практики может пройти модерацию в сервисе и проводить консультацию своим пациентам. Это позволит не только ускорить и упростить прием больных, но и снизит нагрузку на медицинские учреждения в разгар новой волны коронавируса.
“В 2022 году мы планируем представить новый общий продукт с уникальными программными решениями и выйти с ним на рынок США, ЕС и Персидского залива, в которых очень активно развивается телемедицина. Для этого у нас есть и техническая экспертиза, и маркетинговые возможности”, — прокомментировал создатель Doctor Online Николай Кисель, который возглавит новый проект после объединения.
О Doctor Online
Doctor Online был запущен в конце 2019 года. Приложение можно скачать в 157 странах, в более чем 151 стране уже есть пациенты, которые пользовались сервисом. За время с момента запуска в приложении свыше 850 000 пользователей получили более 135 000 консультаций, 93% которых прошли в режиме чата. Главные страны присутствия: Украина, Польша и США.
Главные преимущества Doctor Online — комплексный подход. В приложении можно получить онлайн-консультацию врача, заказать и оплатить лекарства и выполнение анализов с доставкой, а также настроить календарь приема лекарств с регулярными уведомлениями на смартфоне.
В 2020 году — в разгар пандемии COVID-19 — Doctor Online благодаря партнерству с Киевстар отменил оплату за консультацию врача, чтобы предоставить украинским пользователям доступ к врачебной помощи и снизить нагрузку на оффлайн-прием.
Что известно о LeoDoc?
LeoDoc — сервис телемедицины, запущенный в Украине американской компанией LeoMed Inc в сотрудничестве с IT-разработчиком Forte Consulting Group (США) и международной платежной системой LEO (Украина). Soft launch приложения в раннем доступе произошел весной 2021 года. Приложение предоставляет опции экстренной медицинской консультации у дежурного врача, терапевта или педиатра, или записи на прием к врачу на удобное время. Сильной стороной LeoDoc является совершенное техническое решение быстрого и безопасного (с точки зрения передачи информации) соединения с врачом с HD-качеством видеосвязи.
Оба проекта придерживаются стандартов HIPAA (международный стандарт, устанавливающий правила доступа к медицинским данным пациента) и GDPR (регламент о защите персональных данных ЕС).

The well-known telemedicine service application Doctor Online and the recently launched LeoDoc project are united under one business structure, the American company LeoMed Inc.
According to the service team, such an association has two goals — local and global. The main local goal is to strengthen the Ukrainian telemedicine market with the ultimate goal of consolidating the leading position among similar products in the domestic market. From now on, any clinic or private practice doctor can be moderated in the service and consult their patients. This will not only speed up and simplify the reception of patients, but also reduce the burden on medical institutions during the new wave of coronavirus.
Among the global goals is to combine the best solutions of both products and significantly expand the regions of presence.
“In 2022, we plan to introduce a new common product with unique software solutions and enter the US, EU and the Persian Gulf markets, where telemedicine is developing very actively. For this we have both technical expertise and marketing capabilities”, — commented the creator of Doctor Online Nick Kysel who will lead the new project after the organization.

What is known about LeoDoc?
LeoDoc is a telemedicine service launched in Ukraine by the American company LeoMed Inc in cooperation with the IT developer Forte Consulting Group (USA) and the international payment system LEO (Ukraine). The early access soft launch of the app took place in the spring of 2021. The application provides options for an emergency medical consultation with a duty doctor, a therapist or paediatrician, or an appointment with a doctor at a convenient time. The strong point of LeoDoc is the perfect technical solution for a fast and secure (in terms of information transfer) connection with a doctor with HD-quality video communication.
Both projects adhere to the HIPAA (international standard for accessing patient medical data) and GDPR (EU personal data protection regulation) standards.
