Arsenal is selling its 2026 World Cup hero:

London's Arsenal has reached an agreement with Istanbul's Beşiktaş regarding the transfer of Belgian winger Leandro Trossard. The club has already allowed the player to travel to Turkey to undergo a medical exam and finalize the transfer.

According to the club, the transfer fee will be approximately 18 million euros, with Arsenal potentially receiving an additional 2 million euros in bonuses.

Trossard spent three and a half years with the London club. During that time, he played 174 matches, scored 36 goals, and recorded 34 assists, while also winning the Premier League and the English Super Cup.

At the 2026 World Cup, the Belgian played six matches, scoring two goals and providing three assists.
