The General Staff confirmed the destruction of two Russian ships and the aggressor’s oil facilities
On the night of April 20, Ukrainian defense forces successfully attacked a number of strategic targets, including an oil refinery in Tuapse and two large amphibious assault ships in occupied Sevastopol.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.
In addition to a second strike on the Tuapse Oil Refinery, where a fire was reported in the tank farm, the “Gvardeyskaya” oil depot in Crimea was also hit. It has also been confirmed that strikes hit Project 1171 and 775 amphibious assault ships in Sevastopol, ammunition depots in Urzuf and Lokna, as well as an enemy command post in the Donetsk region. The destruction of these facilities significantly reduces Russia’s logistical capabilities to supply its occupation forces with fuel and ammunition. The extent of the damage and the degree of damage to Russian equipment are currently being assessed.
