A drunk man attacked some teenagers in Kyiv
In the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv, law enforcement officers detained a 28-year-old man who, while intoxicated, engaged in disorderly conduct and injured a minor.
The incident occurred in the evening on Vavilovych Street, near one of the residential complexes.
According to the investigation, the intoxicated man began harassing passersby and later attacked two teenagers.
Specifically, he shoved one of the boys and then punched the other in the face. As a result of the attack, the 15-year-old student sustained minor injuries.
A police patrol arrived at the scene promptly. Law enforcement officers quickly located the attacker and detained him nearby.
The suspect was detained in accordance with Article 298-2 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. Subsequently, investigators from the Shevchenkivskyi Police Department, under the procedural supervision of the prosecutor’s office, notified him of his suspicion of hooliganism (Part 1 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The man faces up to five years of restricted freedom for his actions.
Law enforcement officers continue to investigate all the circumstances of the incident.

In the Khmelnytskyi region, a man opened fire on police officers during a document check. As a result of the attack, one law enforcement officer was killed, and another was wounded.
In the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv, an unknown person opened fire on people. According to preliminary reports, one person was killed and others were injured.
