Following the Russian Federation's attack on Kyiv, 23 educational institutions were damaged

As a result of a massive Russian attack on the night of July 2, 23 educational institutions were damaged in Kyiv. The most extensive damage was recorded in the Darnytskyi district, where 11 institutions were affected, including kindergartens, schools, and an extracurricular education center.

Six institutions were damaged in the Dniprovskyi district, including the Kyiv Professional Lyceum of Transport, and four in the Shevchenkivskyi district. The administrative buildings of the Kyiv Center for Children’s and Youth Tourism, Local History, and Military-Patriotic Education were also damaged.

The Kyiv City State Administration reported that experts are already assessing the damage and determining the scope of restoration work. In total, 308 educational institutions in the capital have been damaged since the start of the full-scale war.

The situation is gradually stabilizing, but drivers are advised to continue monitoring updates from the police and road services. If weather conditions worsen again, temporary restrictions or two-way traffic may be reintroduced on certain sections of the highway to ensure the safety of all road users. This was reported by the press service of the Rivne Region Patrol Police.
