In Kyiv, subway train schedules were adjusted during an air raid alert
On the red line, trains are running from “Akademmistechko” to “Polytechnic Institute” toward the city center and from “Arsenalna” to “Akademmistechko” toward the city limits.
The air raid alert in the capital continues. Passengers are urged to remain in shelters.

Russia is planning new attacks on Ukraine’s power grid and water supply facilities ahead of the heating season. Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal stated that the enemy intends to wear down Ukrainian society by striking critical infrastructure.
Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyi stated that Ukraine’s energy sector faces an unmet need of approximately 650 million euros ahead of the heating season.
