Boys Noize to release 7LLVSION album after five-year hiatus — Rolling Stone

Electronic musician and producer Boys Noize, whose real name is Alex Ridha, will release his solo album 7LLVSION on November 6. It will be his first full-length solo record in five years following Mayday, which was released in 2021. Rolling Stone reports.

First single from the album

Before the album's release, Boys Noize unveiled the first single, 1+1+1, recorded with Dutch singer Zep. The publication describes the track as a dance song that blends different genres.

Brutalismus 3000, Taichu, Maya Alkhatari and Abra also contributed to the recording of 7LLVSION. The album is already available for pre-save.

Collaborations and concerts

After the release of Mayday, Ridha worked with Lady Gaga on the track Rain on Me and also collaborated with Bon Iver and A$AP Rocky. He is also a member of the Dog Blood duo with Skrillex.

This year, Boys Noize performed as a guest musician with Nine Inch Nails on the Peel It Back Tour. The collaboration continued with the Nine Inch Noize remix album and two sets at the Coachella festival alongside Nine Inch Nails. The producer also wrote music for the upcoming film Replacer, featuring Halsey. Boys Noize's upcoming performances will begin with a Dog Blood concert in San Francisco on September 26.
