Cyprus Cement repurchased 600 of its own shares in Cyprus — Cyprus Mail
Cypriot company Cyprus Cement Public Company Ltd repurchased 600 of its own shares on September 16, 2026. The transaction was carried out in accordance with a resolution approved by shareholders earlier this year, Cyprus Mail reports.
Buyback value
The company acquired the shares through ProChoice Chrimatistiriaki Ltd at a price of €1.365 per share. The total value of the transaction was €819.

Cyprus Cement said the buyback was carried out on the basis of a resolution of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on June 18, 2026.
Regulatory requirements
According to the company, the transaction was carried out in accordance with Article 57A of the Companies Law, Cap. 113. Cyprus Cement also stated that it complied with the relevant rules of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and circulars issued by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).
