The dollar and euro have fallen in value: The National Bank has updated the exchange rate for April 6
The National Bank of Ukraine lowered the official exchange rates for the dollar and the euro on Monday, April 6.
This was reported by the NBU.
Specifically, the dollar fell by 16 kopecks to 43.65 UAH.
The euro exchange rate fell by 14 kopecks to 50.31 UAH.
As of April 3, the official exchange rate for the dollar was 43.81 UAH, and for the euro—50.45 UAH.
The lending trend in Ukraine remains strong, as in December 2025, the volume of hryvnia loans to businesses and households increased by one-third.
The share of non-performing loans (NPLs) in the Ukrainian banking sector fell to 25% as of October 1, 2025, marking the best result in the past decade.
