Ghana officially legalizes cryptocurrency and introduces market regulation
Ghana has passed a law legalizing the use of cryptocurrencies and implementing regulatory oversight of the digital assets market. Currently, around 3 million citizens, representing 17% of the adult population, use cryptocurrencies in the country.
