Crypto exchange Gemini announced the departure of Chief Operating Officer Marshall Bird, Chief Financial Officer Dan Chen, and Chief Legal Officer Tyler Mead. The company does not plan to hire a new COO; instead, some of the duties will be assumed by co-founder Cameron Winklevoss.
