Cyprus Stock Exchange to remove S designation from Meditrina Cyprus shares
The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) will remove the special “S” designation from Meditrina Cyprus Plc shares on trading boards and in price bulletins on September 16, 2026. This was reported by Cyprus Mail.
Decision after publication of financial statements
The CSE Council made the decision following the issuance and publication of Meditrina Cyprus Plc’s annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2025. The exchange determined that the grounds for applying the special designation no longer exist.

Status of the securities
The company is traded on the Emerging Companies Market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange. The “S” designation had been applied to its shares pending the submission of annual financial results.
The CSE acted in accordance with paragraph 2.2.7 of RAA 379/2014 regulations, as amended. Once the decision takes effect, Meditrina Cyprus Plc securities will return to standard trading status in all official exchange bulletins.
