The NBU has strengthened the hryvnia: exchange rates for the dollar and euro as of March 31

The National Bank of Ukraine has set the official exchange rate for the dollar on March 31 at 43.80 UAH.

This was reported by the NBU.

Thus, the hryvnia strengthened by 4 kopecks.

The euro exchange rate also fell to 50.31 UAH, which means the hryvnia strengthened by 18 kopecks.

On the interbank market as of today, the dollar was quoted at 43.80/43.83 UAH, and the euro at 50.31/50.33 UAH.

Prior to this, the National Bank of Ukraine recorded a slight strengthening of the national currency on the country’s foreign exchange market. 

As a reminder, the morning of March 27 brought good news for currency buyers, as the dollar fell by 5 kopecks at exchange offices, and the euro by 10.

Europe is also preparing to move away from the dollar due to the threat of financial isolation by the U.S.
