Selectel announces new bond issue with 16.6% yield
Russian IT infrastructure provider Selectel has announced a new bond issuance offering a coupon yield of 16.60%. The bonds will have a three-year term, with a total volume of 5 billion rubles. The funds raised will be used to refinance the company’s fourth bond issue and support its investment program.
Selectel’s credit rating is ruAA by the Expert RA agency, with a stable outlook, highlighting the company’s creditworthiness and financial stability.
This new bond issue will strengthen Selectel’s financial position and enable the company to pursue its planned investments over the long term.
