Lavina Mall Director Lashin Steps Down After Eight Years on the Job
Dmytro Lashin, director of the Lavina Mall shopping center in Kyiv, is leaving Mandarin Plaza Group after eight years in the position.
Lashin announced his departure on LinkedIn. According to him, August 17 marked the eighth anniversary of his start at Mandarin Plaza Group, and his contract with the company has ended.
Lashin led Lavina Mall for an extended period. The shopping center, with a total leasable area of 127,000 square meters, opened in Kyiv in December 2016.
The owner of “Lavina Shopping Center” LLC, which manages the shopping center of the same name, is the Cypriot company “Ixoria Business Limited,” which holds a 90% stake, and JSC ZNVKIF “Asborn,” which holds a 10% stake. Marina Dorokhina is listed as the ultimate beneficial owner.
According to the results for 2025, the company generated 1.5 billion UAH in revenue, which is 14.68% more than the previous year. Net profit amounted to 43.9 million UAH, a 238-fold increase compared to 2024.
It has not yet been announced who will take the helm at Lavina Mall following Lashin’s departure.
