Ukrnafta has announced a tender for the lease of tank cars for fuel

JSC “Ukrnafta” has announced a commercial tender for the long-term lease of railroad tank cars to ensure the uninterrupted transportation of fuel throughout Ukraine. The submission period for commercial proposals from potential logistics partners will run from September 23 until 3:00 p.m. on October 14, 2026.

Participation in the procurement is open to all market participants who meet the customer’s qualification criteria and are prepared to offer terms for a long-term partnership.

The requirements for rolling stock call for proposals in two categories:

* steam-jacketed tank cars — designed specifically for the safe and efficient transportation of dark petroleum products;
* tank cars without a steam jacket—a versatile option suitable for transporting both light and dark petroleum products.

As of September 24, 2026, several of Ukraine’s largest gas station chains have adjusted their fuel prices. The average price of A-95 gasoline across these chains is 90.07 UAH per liter, and diesel fuel is 99.86 UAH per liter.

One of Ukraine’s largest gas station chains has lowered its prices for gasoline and diesel. At other operators, fuel prices have remained unchanged, with the average price of A-95 gasoline at approximately 91.50 UAH per liter and diesel fuel at 99.10 UAH.
