Drone manufacturer Quantum Systems is expanding its cooperation with Ukraine
The German technology giant Quantum Systems has announced the expansion of its partnership with Ukrainian manufacturers through the creation of new joint ventures.
The official announcement of the new projects will take place during a high-level political meeting in Berlin scheduled for this week.
The company is already actively developing defense cooperation through its joint venture, Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI).
This project was implemented as part of the “Build with Ukraine” strategic initiative, which aims to strengthen military capabilities.
Currently, the joint venture, together with its partners at Frontline Robotics, is ramping up production capacity “to 10,000 multi-purpose quadcopter drones in Germany for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.”
The scaling-up process is already yielding concrete results on the battlefield.
The first batch of manufactured drones “was delivered at the end of March 2026.”
Defense equipment is being rapidly delivered to Ukrainian defenders, providing units with the necessary means to conduct reconnaissance and carry out combat missions.
The German side is committed to further expanding production and strengthening ties with the domestic defense-industrial complex.
The company reported that “the launch of two more joint ventures is planned in the near future,” the details of which are currently being kept confidential.
QFI Managing Director Matthias Lena emphasized that Quantum Systems is a leading player in German-Ukrainian industrial cooperation.
The company’s experience shows that “production capacity in Germany can be established within a few weeks.”
Thanks to the optimization of logistics and production processes, the operating systems are delivered directly to Ukraine as quickly as possible.
