David Lynch’s Hollywood Hills Home Listed for $15 Million — The New York Times

Legendary filmmaker David Lynch, who passed away earlier this year at 78, left behind not only his cult films but also a sprawling Hollywood Hills estate. According to The New York Times, the private 2.5-acre compound where Lynch lived and worked for more than three decades has been listed for $15 million.

The property spans around 10,000 square feet of interior space, featuring 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. It also housed Lynch’s production company, where he edited iconic works, including Mulholland Drive.

A centerpiece of the compound is the midcentury Beverly Johnson House, designed in 1963 by the Wright family, descendants of famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The estate also includes a guesthouse, pool, and creative studio spaces. Listing agent: Marc Silver of The Agency.
