Visa announces launch of Infinite Series in South Africa — TimesLIVE
Visa has announced the launch in South Africa of the Visa Infinite Series platform for premium cards through partner banks. The platform is intended to enable issuing banks to create a set of services tailored to the needs of local customers, TimesLIVE reports.
Platform for issuing banks
According to Visa, Infinite Series combines payment capabilities, services, digital access and a selection of offers. Issuing banks will be able to adapt premium products to the local market and change their content in line with customer needs.
Visa’s South Africa head, Lynshree Moodli, said that the expectations of affluent customers are changing. According to her, the new platform is intended to combine Visa’s global capabilities, payment services and specially selected offers, while allowing banks to create products relevant to specific markets.

Digital access and partner offers
The platform’s stated capabilities include digital tools for finding and using card benefits, personalized offers and the Visa Destinations service for selecting travel options. Visa also announced offers in travel, dining, sports, art, entertainment and wellness.
The company named gastronomic service SupperClub Dining, concierge providers Quintessentially and Ten, Banyan Group, Lacure Villas, Jet Class, Kensington Yachts, as well as retail partners Printemps and La Samaritaine among its partners.
