PlayCity has initiated proceedings to revoke Betking Casino's license
The Ukrainian State Agency PlayCity has initiated proceedings to revoke the licenses of the online casino Betking, which operates through the legal entity SLOTS U.A. LLC.
According to an official letter from the agency, on February 27, 2026, following the results of a routine inspection, financial sanctions were imposed on the company and an order was issued to rectify violations of legislation regarding the organization and conduct of gambling.
In addition, PlayCity announced the initiation of administrative proceedings to revoke the licenses of SLOTS U.A. LLC due to repeated violations of gambling legislation within a calendar year. The proceedings concern licenses for the organization and conduct of online casino gambling issued to the company in 2021 and 2023.
The documents state that the hearing on the revocation of the licenses was scheduled for March 16, 2026. The company was officially summoned to the administrative proceedings and granted the right to submit its explanations and objections.
At the same time, another document indicates that as early as March 13, PlayCity decided to suspend the administrative proceedings. The reason was the existence of another court case, the outcome of which will determine the further consideration of the issue regarding the revocation of the licenses. The proceedings will resume once the relevant court decision becomes final.
Thus, as of now, Betking’s licenses have not been formally revoked, but the procedure for their termination has already been officially initiated by the regulator. The final fate of the license will depend on the outcome of the court proceedings.

The Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries conducted an unscheduled inspection of the online casino SlotCity. Based on the results, the company “All City Games,” which operates under the SlotCity brand, was fined 4.323 million hryvnias.
