Fico expressed support for Ukraine's European integration during a meeting with Zelenskyy
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a bilateral meeting with Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico during his visit to Yerevan on May 4.
As the head of state noted, Ukraine is open to constructive dialogue with Slovakia and is interested in developing strong bilateral relations.
According to Zelenskyy, the parties discussed cooperation in various areas, as well as holding a meeting of the governments in the format of an intergovernmental commission in the near future.
They also discussed reciprocal visits. Teams are already working on a schedule for trips to Kyiv and Bratislava.
During the talks, significant attention was paid to the issue of Ukraine’s European integration. Fico confirmed his support for Ukraine’s accession to the European Union, and Slovakia expressed its readiness to facilitate this process.

According to Zelenskyy, the parties discussed bilateral relations and further cooperation. Both leaders are interested in ensuring that these relations remain strong.
