Basketball player Bobrov has joined the Polish club Stal Ostrow
Vyacheslav Bobrov, an experienced Ukrainian basketball player and one of the leaders of the national team, will continue his career in Poland. The 33-year-old forward has signed with the club “Stal Ostrow.”
This will be Vyacheslav Bobrov’s first time playing in the Polish league.
Throughout his career, the Ukrainian basketball player has played for clubs in Ukraine, Romania, France, Lithuania, Spain, and Latvia.
The forward spent last season with Dynamo Bucharest. On average per game, Bobrov scored 10.3 points, grabbed 5.5 rebounds, and dished out 1.5 assists, spending 23.8 minutes on the court.
Vyacheslav Bobrov has also been called up to the Ukrainian national team for the August 2027 World Cup qualifying matches against Greece and Montenegro.
In previous World Cup qualifying matches, the Ukrainian forward averaged 10.0 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 1.3 assists in 21.4 minutes on the court.

The International Basketball Federation (FIBA) previously released the schedule for the second round of European qualifying for the 2027 World Cup.
