The brother of the goalkeeper for the Maccabi Haifa youth team was killed on the front lines in Ukraine
The Maccabi Haifa Football Club has issued an official statement of condolence to Mark Golenkov, the goalkeeper of its youth team, following the death of his brother Vladislav. Vladislav Golenkov died while defending Ukraine.

The club published a message of support for the footballer’s family following the loss of a relative during Russia’s full-scale invasion.
Earlier, 21-year-old Danylo Plenus, a Dynamo ultras member, was killed on the front lines.
Well-known military blogger Maksym Tymoshchuk was killed on the front lines.
Anton Bondarenko, a Ukrainian fixer for French TV channels, was killed in the war.
