Influencer and bodybuilder Milson Araújo died suddenly after a workout

In the Brazilian city of Alagoinhas, 35-year-old bodybuilding influencer Milson Araújo, who had been actively training for a major professional competition, died suddenly after returning home from a workout. 

The professional athlete, known online under the nickname “Men’s Physique,” began to feel unwell and called his parents for help. His mother, who works as a professional nurse, attempted to perform CPR. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, firefighters, and emergency responders, they were unable to save him.

Just a few hours before his death, Milson Araújo, who had thousands of followers on Instagram, posted videos and photos on social media of his last workout at the gym, as well as his physical therapy session.
