PrivatBank has announced a temporary suspension of card and ATM services
On the night of June 13, PrivatBank will temporarily suspend bank card transactions. Additionally, ATMs and self-service terminals will be unavailable during the maintenance period. The restrictions will last for more than six hours and are related to a scheduled system update.
On the night of June 13, PrivatBank will temporarily suspend card transactions, as well as the operation of ATMs and terminals.
Additionally, during this technical "downtime," ATMs, self-service terminals, and the POS terminal network will be completely suspended.
PrivatBank explained that the update is necessary to increase system capacity and improve the security of card transactions. Customers planning to make purchases or transfers tonight are advised to make all necessary payments in advance or postpone them until morning.
Earlier, monobank warned customers about a system failure.
Following this, the Privat24 app and website experienced an outage.
The Reserve+ app also experienced an outage: users temporarily lost access to their documents.
