ARMA is preparing to sell nine vessels in Izmail with a total value of over 150 million hryvnia
The National Agency for Asset Tracing and Management (ARMA) has put nine seized vessels currently in the port of Izmail up for electronic auction. The total value of the assets up for sale is 151.6 million hryvnia. Some of the vessels have holes in their hulls caused by Russian attacks.
“ARMA has put nine seized vessels located in Izmail up for online auction. The starting price is 151.6 million hryvnias. The auction will take place on October 8 according to the rules of a three-round English auction, meaning bids will be made in increments,” the statement reads.

The lot includes the vessels Rondo, Svir, Avangard, VolgoBalt 225, VolgoBalt 193, VolgoBalt 244, Omskiy 6, Naviger 2, and Omskiy 132.

Some of them have sustained damage as a result of Russian attacks—holes in the hulls and holds through which water is entering. The engine room of the Omskiy 132 is partially flooded.

The other vessels are in poor technical condition due to prolonged inactivity and require comprehensive repairs to their hulls and machinery, as well as system inspections.

The vessels were seized in April 2022 pursuant to a ruling by an investigating judge of the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv at the request of a prosecutor from the Office of the Prosecutor General; they had belonged to Russian companies. They were subsequently transferred to the management of ARMA.
This was reported on Facebook by JSC “Prozorro.Sales.”
ARMA has selected a manager for IDS Ukraine: a law firm will manage Morshynska’s assets.
Previously, ARMA had rejected the winning bidder for the management of “Morshynska.”
ARMA explains that transferring seized assets to management is necessary to ensure they do not lose their value and can operate in the state’s best interests. In the case of “Mozart,” the goal is to maintain the operation of the existing hotel and restaurant complex and generate revenue from its activities. This was reported by ARMA’s press service.
ARMA has announced tenders to select managers for several seized assets. Among them is the property of Betonbud LLC, which, according to the agency, is linked to former People’s Deputy Viktor Medvedchuk. Also
