The State Bureau of Investigations hosted a presentation of the results of the Audit Office’s audit and a discussion on the agency’s future development, with the participation of representatives from the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet of Ministers, European diplomatic missions, the Council of Europe, and the European Union Advisory Mission.

During the event, SBI Director Oleksiy Sukhachov presented the results of the Bureau’s institutional development, highlighting the automation of personnel and operational processes, the introduction of an employee evaluation system, and a three-tier prioritization system for investigations. In addition, the agency is actively developing the specialization of its departments and implementing digital tools, including Big Data, analytical systems, and electronic document management. According to Sukhachov, the path toward building an independent and transparent institution involves creating a system “capable of functioning effectively in wartime while meeting European standards.”

For her part, Yelyzaveta Pushko-Tsybuliak, a member of the Accounting Chamber, emphasized that an independent audit is a tool for strengthening state institutions, and that the Bureau has already established systemic mechanisms for management, internal control, and digitalization, the results of which will contribute to the further improvement of these processes.

This was reported by the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI).

The State Bureau of Investigation (DBR) did not detain SBU special forces personnel for firing on GUR soldiers.
