Exchange Rates as of September 23: The Dollar Is Stable, the Euro Is Weakening

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has set the official exchange rates for Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Compared to the rates on September 22, the exchange rates for the U.S. dollar, the euro, the British pound sterling, the Polish zloty, and the Swiss franc have changed.

The National Bank has set the official exchange rate for the U.S. dollar at 44.70 UAH.

The exchange rate for the euro is 51.33 UAH, and for the Polish zloty, 11.80 UAH.

Thus, the U.S. dollar remained at 44.70 UAH, while the euro exchange rate changed compared to the previous day, and the Polish zloty also has a new value.

This is evidenced by market monitoring data. 

Earlier, the NBU fined the payment company iPay 16.5 million UAH.

The NBU lowered the exchange rates for the dollar and the euro.
