The schedule for rolling blackouts has been updated in the Poltava region: how to check your address
Poltavaoblenergo JSC has released an updated schedule of hourly power outages for residents of the Poltava region.
What is known about the new outage schedule
On Friday, September 25, 2026, Ukrainians were informed that a new schedule of hourly power outages had been published on the official website of JSC “Poltavaoblenergo.”
The company clarified that the schedule covers the period from October 1, 2026, to April 1, 2027.
According to Poltavaoblenergo JSC, the published schedule was developed in accordance with:
the Instructions on the Preparation and Application of Hourly Power Outage Schedules (aimed at ensuring a fair and even distribution of available capacity and electricity among consumers);
Order No. 439 of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine (dated November 27, 2024).
When exactly will this schedule be implemented?
In general, the hourly power outage schedule (HPOS) is implemented at the direction of the dispatcher of NPC “Ukrenergo” when it is necessary to balance the system and reduce the load on it.
In other words, the existence of the schedule does not mean that power outages will definitely occur.
Poltavaoblenergo JSC explained that it “will be implemented only if the HPS is applied in the region.”
Consumers were also reminded that, in general, GPP (according to the Instructions):
consists of priority groups and sub-groups;
are compiled and approved twice a year (taking into account winter and summer loads).
