NABU and the SAPO served Stefanyishyna with a new indictment
Olga Stefanishyna, former Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration and former Ambassador to the United States, has been served with a new charge.
The High Anti-Corruption Court is currently determining a preventive measure for her.
It is known that at the beginning of the hearing, Stefanishyna’s defense team requested that the hearing be closed to the public.
As a reminder, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP) are investigating a criminal case regarding the alleged illegal enrichment and false asset declarations by former Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Olga Stefanishyna.
According to the investigation, NABU detectives opened a criminal case based on evidence of possible illicit enrichment and false asset declarations.
According to law enforcement officials, Olga Stefanishyna may have acquired de facto ownership of:
an apartment with an area of 99.8 square meters;
several non-residential premises;
a parking space in the “Lvivska Ploshcha” residential complex;
two apartments in the “Faina Town” residential complex.
In addition, according to investigators, between 2021 and 2025, the former deputy prime minister used a 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC 220D.
