Reserve+ has warned of possible service disruptions

The “Reserve+” mobile app may be temporarily unavailable from July 18 to July 22 due to technical maintenance. The Ministry of Defense has urged users to download their military registration documents in PDF format in advance. This will ensure access to necessary information even in the event of temporary disruptions to the app’s service.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has warned that the “Reserve+” app may experience temporary disruptions from July 18 to 22. Users are advised to download their electronic military registration documents in PDF format in advance and save them on their phone or another device.

This will ensure that the necessary documents are readily available, even if the app does not open or operates with limitations during this period. The Ministry of Defense noted that technical work may affect access to the service; however, once the updates are complete, the app should resume normal operation.

“Reserve+” is a mobile app from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine that allows conscripts to access their data, update their information, and use electronic military registration documents. The ministry reminded users that a downloaded PDF document has the same legal validity as an electronic document in the app, provided it was generated through the official service. Therefore, Ukrainians were urged not to wait for potential access issues but to take steps in advance to safeguard their documents. This was reported by UP.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has officially refuted reports of any orders from the Commander-in-Chief or the command prohibiting military personnel from speaking publicly or giving interviews to the media. The agency described previously published statements regarding such restrictions as untrue.
