Families of first-graders have begun receiving payments under the "School Supplies Package" program
Ukrainian families are already receiving their first payments under the government’s “Schoolchild’s Package” program. During the first phase of the initiative, the government allocated more than 308 million hryvnias to nearly 61,000 families.
The
Ministry of Social Policy has disbursed 308.4 million hryvnias to families who applied for assistance during the program’s initial days. In total, parents of future first-graders have submitted over 99,000 applications through the Pension Fund of Ukraine and the “Diya” app.
The payment amount is 5,000 hryvnias per child.
Applications continue to be processed in accordance with established procedures. Therefore, those who have already submitted their documents but have not yet received the funds need not worry or reapply for the assistance.
All families who have submitted applications and meet the program’s eligibility criteria will receive the full 5,000 hryvnias.

As a reminder, Alliance Bank and KredoBank have joined the “National Cashback” state program. Thus, the total number of partner banks in the program has increased to 22.
The total amount of “National Cashback” payments is approximately ₴8 billion.
Ukrainians will begin receiving payments under the “National Cashback” program for April starting July 3, 2026. According to a decision by the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture, the deadline for using all accrued funds has been extended through July 31.
