A video of a confrontation involving gunfire between officers of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Main Intelligence Directorate in Kyiv is circulating online. The head of the GUR’s “Timur” special unit stated that SBU personnel detained the intelligence unit’s combat commander—Stepan Kaplunov, deputy commander for combat operations of the Russian Volunteer Corps—without formal charges.
