The CPD stated that there is no official information regarding Iran's preparations for an attack on Ukraine
Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation, stated that there is currently no official information regarding Iran’s preparations for a missile strike against Ukraine.
At the same time, he emphasized that Iran potentially possesses weapons that could be used for such attacks. According to him, this should be taken into account, but unconfirmed reports should not be disseminated.
Kovalenko’s statement came amid reports on Telegram channels, where information—citing monitoring groups—was circulating about Iran’s alleged plans to launch up to three ballistic missiles against Ukraine in the near future. There is no official confirmation of this information.
