A major outage occurred in the Reserve+ app
On the morning of August 3, 2026, users began reporting issues with the Reserve+ app that prevented them from logging in. The outage was caused by technical malfunctions that prevented those subject to military service from completing the authorization process.
Due to the malfunction, many conscripts, draftees, and reservists are unable to log in to the service and use its features. According to users, when they try to log in, the following message appears on the screen: “Something strange has happened. Please try again later."
As a result of the outage, users are temporarily unable to update their information in the “Oberig” registry, obtain electronic military registration documents, or use other features of the app.
As of the morning of August 3, no official comments regarding the causes of the outage or an estimated timeframe for restoring service have yet been received from the developers or the relevant authorities.
Earlier, Reserve+ had warned of possible service disruptions.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has officially denied reports of any orders from the Commander-in-Chief or the command prohibiting military personnel from speaking publicly or giving interviews to the media. The agency described previously published statements regarding such restrictions as untrue.
