Ukrainians Have Been Urged to Report Their Gas Usage in a New Way
Residential natural gas consumers must submit their meter readings for July between August 1 and 5. Meanwhile, the GASUA chatbots on Viber and Telegram are no longer operational—consumers are now advised to use the “Kub” mobile app for this purpose.
Naftogaz warns that if readings are not submitted by August 5, the gas distribution network operator may calculate consumption based on average figures from previous periods. Data must be submitted even if gas was not used temporarily.
In addition to the “Kub” app, meter readings can be submitted via your personal account on the gas.ua website, your gas distribution network operator’s portal, as well as by calling the hotline or via SMS.
