Mostly dry and hot weather is expected in Ukraine on August 4–6: daytime temperatures will reach 35–38°, while nighttime temperatures will range from 18–25°. On the afternoon of August 6, brief showers and thunderstorms are possible in some parts of the western regions.

The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center has also issued a warning about an extreme fire danger level. The warning is in effect for these days in all regions of Ukraine, except for the Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia regions on August 4.

An extreme fire danger level is forecast for the Kyiv region. According to meteorologists, weather conditions will contribute to a high probability of fires starting and spreading in ecosystems in the presence of ignition sources, particularly open flames.

On August 4, dry and hot weather is expected in Kyiv and the surrounding region. In the region, nighttime temperatures will range from 18–23°, and daytime temperatures from 35–37°; in the capital, temperatures will range from 20–22° at night and 35° during the day. Winds will be variable, 3–8 m/s. In Kyiv, temperatures are forecast to reach 23° at night and 33° during the day on August 5, and 24° at night and up to 36° during the day on August 6.
