Ukrzaliznytsia explained the issues with tickets to Poland
Following complaints from passengers about the lack of tickets to Poland, Ukrzaliznytsia provided an explanation of the situation. On the morning of May 26, Ukrainians reported en masse that they were unable to purchase tickets for certain international routes, particularly to Poland.
As explained to UNIAN by the Ukrzaliznytsia information service, this is due to seasonal schedule adjustments.
At the same time, Ukrzaliznytsia emphasized that this applies not only to trains to Poland but also to a number of routes within Ukraine.
The schedule revision may take up to five days, but the information service currently has no precise information regarding when full ticket sales will resume.
For now, passengers are advised to check the app more frequently for ticket availability or set up automatic ticket purchase.
