The government will pay compensation to those affected by the explosions in Mila

The government plans to allocate funds from the reserve fund to provide support and compensation to people affected by the explosion in the village of Mila in the Bucha District of Kyiv Oblast.

According to him, the government is expected to adopt the relevant decision at an extraordinary meeting.

The meeting also addressed adapting the operations of the state, the capital, the economy, and critical infrastructure to the new tactics of Russian attacks.

“Following an expanded meeting I held today with the Commander-in-Chief, the Minister of Internal Affairs, the State Emergency Service, the mayor of Kyiv, and representatives of the Office of the President and the National Security and Defense Council, we are developing specific proposals on how to adapt the state’s operations to the new conditions,” the prime minister said.

Koretsky noted that prolonged air raid alerts are affecting businesses, logistics, transportation, schools, kindergartens, and other areas of life. According to him, Russia is attempting to paralyze economic activity in the capital and major cities.

The government is also developing proposals regarding the operation of businesses and institutions during various types of emergencies, the organization of logistics and transportation, as well as the operation of the metro and other infrastructure facilities.

Separately, they plan to review approaches to curfews and civilian access to more timely information about air threats.

“All relevant services and agencies are working on a comprehensive and well-founded approach. We plan to finalize the necessary proposals early next week, present them to the public, and move on to implementation,” Koretskyi noted.

This was announced by Ukrainian Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyi following a meeting with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

In the Bucha district, approximately 80 structures were damaged following the Russian Federation’s attack.

In Mila, Kyiv Oblast, debris removal continues; the death toll may rise, according to Zelenskyy.
