Ukraine Wants to Protect All Gas Stations from Russian Attacks

Ukraine plans to protect all gas stations from Russian airstrikes. According to Serhiy Sukhomlyn, head of the State Agency for Infrastructure Recovery and Development, testing of the project will begin in the near future in regions near the front lines.

“This will take about half a year, and the cost of such structures will be several times higher than the cost of the gas station itself. And there is no guarantee that they will survive a drone strike,” the official explained in an interview with Glavkom.

At the same time, the Agency for Restoration is proposing a solution that can be implemented thanks to Ukrainian factories.

“I think the cost will be up to one million hryvnias per gas station. The station will be protected and will be able to operate without operators,” Sukhomlyn clarified.

According to him, testing of this project will begin in the near future in frontline areas.

This was reported by Glavkom.
