Ukraine has expanded its online services for veterans
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has launched a new digital service, “Data from the Veterans Registry,” in the Veteran Pro section of the “Diya” app. The electronic veteran ID has also been updated, which should simplify access to relevant services and documents.
Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced this on Telegram.
The government is developing a policy of accessible digital services for veterans.
According to the head of government, accessing these services should be as convenient and simple as possible.
The Cabinet of Ministers has updated the e-Veteran ID. Now, the digital ID is generated automatically based on an entry in the Unified State Register of War Veterans, which is maintained by military units.
This update will allow veterans to use services on "Dii" immediately after being granted veteran status, without having to wait for a paper document or submit its number to the registry.
In addition, the government has launched a new service, “Data from the Veterans Registry,” in the Veteran Pro section of “Dii.”
According to Svyrydenko, users will now be able to view their own data from the veterans’ registry to verify its accuracy and, if necessary, make changes through the “Data from the Veterans’ Registry” service. In the first phase, only the data viewing feature will be available.
"Online services for veterans are just part of the government’s initiatives. Among the priority tasks is providing veterans with the necessary conditions for rapid rehabilitation and subsequent reintegration into civilian life. This is part of a seamless transition from military service to civilian life," noted Svyrydenko.
“Dii” will introduce booking optionseven for men with TCC issues.

Prior to this, law enforcement in Odesa dismantled another draft evasion scheme. For $10,000, the perpetrator promised a conscript employment in a “position with protection” within a law enforcement agency and unrestricted movement throughout the country.
