Video: National Guard troops delivered humanitarian aid to the occupied town of Oleshky overnight
Members of the Ukrainian National Guard, in coordination with other units of the Defense Forces, carried out a second successful operation to deliver nearly four metric tons of humanitarian aid to residents of the city of Oleshky using drones. This was reported by Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs Ivan Vyhivskyi.
The National Guard carried out the humanitarian mission jointly with the 30th Marine Corps, the 34th Separate Marine Brigade “Borysfen,” and the 79th Border Guard Detachment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. In total, drones successfully delivered nearly 400 packages containing food, medicine, and children’s care kits, which were collected by communities, educational institutions, philanthropists, and volunteers from across the country.

Former residents of the temporarily occupied town of Oleshky in Ukraine’s Kherson region report a worsening shortage of food and medicine in the town. People who are in contact with Oleshky residents say that due to limited communication channels and fear of reprisals by the occupying authorities, it is difficult to obtain information directly.
Russia may be attempting to exploit the humanitarian crisis in the occupied town of Oleshky in the Kherson region to resupply its military units, which are terrorizing the civilian population of Kherson. Specifically, there are concerns about the possible organization of a pseudo-humanitarian convoy.
