Ukrainian intelligence has obtained information about Russia’s plans to increase ballistic missile production, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
According to him, Ukraine is calling on its partners to completely cut off the supply of components, equipment, and machine tools for the missile industry to Russia. Without foreign parts, the Russians will not be able to carry out their plans.
Zelenskyy also stated that following Ukraine’s long-range strikes on the “Kamensky Plant,” Russia has lost a significant portion of its capacity to produce solid-fuel rocket engines.
Furthermore, according to internal Russian documents, certain components of Russian exports have fallen by 80% this month alone, resulting in significant losses to the federal and regional budgets.
The president added that ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet are effectively blocked in Novorossiysk due to strikes by Ukrainian drones. The Russians are considering equipping civilian vessels with small arms, electronic warfare systems, and military personnel.
The Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) also has evidence that one of Russia’s largest oil refineries in Kstovo, which processed about 17 million metric tons of crude oil annually, has been shut down.
