In the Kherson region, a drone attacked a bus carrying workers; there are casualties
In the village of Komyshany in the Kherson region, Russian troops attacked a bus carrying workers on their way to a farm with a drone. Six people were injured in the strike, and law enforcement officials have launched an investigation into a war crime.
According to the investigation, the attack took place on August 6 at approximately 5:50 a.m.
A Russian drone struck the bus carrying workers who were on their way to a fieldwork site.
Six people are currently known to have been injured. Information regarding their condition is being verified.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson District Prosecutor’s Office, a pretrial investigation has been launched under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine—violation of the laws and customs of war.
The prosecutor’s office noted that prosecutors, together with investigators, are documenting all the circumstances of yet another war crime committed by Russian military personnel on the territory of the Kherson region.
