During the night of October 5, Russia launched more than 200 drones at Ukraine — Air Force
On the night of October 5, Russia attacked Ukraine with 205 strike drones. Among the targets launched were “Shaheds” and “Banderols,” and hits were also reported.
The enemy used Shahed drones (49 of which were jet-powered), Gerber drones, and “Banderol”/“Dan-T” drones. There were also decoy drones of the “Parody” type.
The drones flew from the directions of Orel, Kursk, Shatalovo, Millerovo, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia.
They were also launched from the temporarily occupied cities of Donetsk and Gvardeyskoye in Crimea.
According to preliminary data, as of 8:00 a.m., 172 Shahed, Gerber, and other types of drones had been shot down or neutralized.

Hits were recorded at 13 locations. Debris from downed drones fell at three additional locations.
There are currently about ten enemy drones in the airspace, and the attack is ongoing.

On the night of October 4, Russian forces launched 135 drones into Ukrainian territory, including “Shaheds,” “Gerbers,” “Banderole”/“Dan-T,” and decoy drones.
On the morning of October 4, Russian forces struck downtown Dnipro, hitting the premises of a telecommunications company.
In the Dnipro district of the capital, debris from enemy drones was reported to have fallen at two locations on the morning of October 4. This was reported by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
