Russia attacked an industrial facility in the Poltava region

Russian troops attacked one of the industrial facilities in the Poltava district. Rescue workers were on the scene following the enemy strike.

According to preliminary reports, a Russian drone attacked an industrial facility in the Poltava district.

Units of the State Emergency Service arrived promptly at the scene and worked to address the aftermath of the enemy attack.

Meanwhile, in the Lubny district, a Russian UAV crashed in an open area.

According to the head of the Poltava Regional State Administration, there were no fatalities or injuries in either case.

The circumstances of the attack and the extent of possible damage are currently being investigated.

Russian troops continue to use strike drones to attack industrial and civilian infrastructure in the Poltava region.

Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces attacked 54 settlements in the Kherson region using attack drones, aircraft, and artillery.

In the town of Vyshneve in the Bucha District of the Kyiv region, a fire broke out in two townhouses as a result of an attack by a Russian attack drone. Structural damage was also reported.

Over the past day, Russian troops attacked settlements in the Sumy region 62 times. One person was killed and eight others were wounded as a result of the enemy strikes.

Rescue workers extinguished fires in three warehouses that broke out following a Russian attack on the Kyiv region. Firefighters put out the blazes at all three sites.

In Kyiv and several regions, an air raid alert was issued on the evening of September 1 at 6:24 p.m. due to the threat of Russian UAVs. The Ukrainian Air Force urged citizens to immediately take shelter or follow the “two-wall rule” if safe shelters were not available.

Ukraine is conducting combat tests of at least four jet interceptors designed to counter Russian jet drones.
