Russia struck the "Aurora" center again while rescue workers were on the scene

On August 22, Russian troops attacked the distribution center of the “Aurora” network in the Poltava region twice; the second strike occurred while emergency services were already on the scene. The attack damaged storage facilities and vehicles belonging to the State Emergency Service, but no one was injured.

The warehouse facilities were destroyed as a result of the enemy strike.

In addition, fire trucks and rescue vehicles belonging to the State Emergency Service, which had arrived to deal with the aftermath of the first strike, were damaged.

“After the first strike, the enemy launched follow-up strikes to inflict maximum damage while emergency services were on the scene,” said Taras Panasenko, co-founder of the network.

Despite the repeated shelling, there were no civilian casualties.

Prior to this, Russia had struck the Aurora distribution center for the first time.

In Kryvyi Rih, rescue workers extinguished a massive fire at a shopping center that broke out following a Russian strike. The fire engulfed approximately 9,000 square meters. Rescuers from seven regions and K-9 units remain on site, clearing debris and searching for people.

Overnight, Russian drones attacked a shopping center in the Central District of Kherson. After the strike, a massive fire broke out, engulfing nearly the entire shopping center. The building and the property inside were virtually burned to the ground.

Over the past day, Russian troops attacked settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region 539 times. Three people were killed as a result of the Russian strikes, and another 19 residents of the region were wounded.

Since the evening, Russian troops have attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region nearly 30 times. Three districts of the region came under fire, with the occupiers using drones and artillery. The attacks damaged houses, cars, and outbuildings, and fires broke out in several locations.
