Russia destroyed a Bosch Ukraine warehouse near Kyiv

During a massive Russian attack on the night of August 4, the warehouse facilities of Bosch Ukraine’s logistics partner were completely destroyed.

According to preliminary reports, all of the company’s products stored in the warehouse were destroyed.

The company noted that the warehouse held products for the following divisions:

  • mobility;
  • consumer goods;
  • industrial technologies.

“According to preliminary information, unfortunately, all Bosch products stored in the warehouse were destroyed,” the statement said.

At the same time, Bosch reported that none of the company’s employees or those of its logistics partner were injured.

Bosch Ukraine is currently working with its logistics partner to assess the extent of the damage and is developing solutions to ensure business continuity and fulfill its obligations to customers and partners.

The company also thanked rescue workers, local authorities, and everyone who expressed support following the Russian strike.

The destruction of the Bosch Ukraine warehouse was yet another episode in Russia’s large-scale attack on Ukraine’s logistics infrastructure.

Previously, as a result of the same shelling:

  • the destruction of the Rozetka warehouse complex in Brovary;
  • the “Nova Poshta” sorting center in Kyiv was destroyed;
  • two Silpo distribution centers were hit, killing six employees;
  • a logistics complex containing Puma merchandise was completely destroyed;
  • the Intertop main warehouse was destroyed;
  • strikes were carried out on Epicenter’s warehouses and production facilities.

According to Ukrainian authorities, 17 people were killed in Kyiv and the Kyiv region as a result of the Russian attack on the night of August 5, and air defense forces were unable to intercept some of the missiles fired.

Bosch Ukraine reported this on its Facebook page.

On the night of August 5, a Russian missile strike destroyed the reserve warehouse of the Ukrainian publishing house BookChef. More than 100,000 copies of books were lost as a result of the strike.

Following the Russian Federation’s strike on the warehouse, the Ranok publishing house is urgently reprinting the destroyed textbooks.

In Kyiv, Russian shelling damaged the logistics center of the “Ranok” publishing house.

Russia cynically called the massive attack on Ukraine a “retaliatory strike.”

Due to the Russian attack in the Lviv region, more than 21,000 customers were left without power

As a reminder, overnight, the Air Defense Forces managed to neutralize 693 aerial targets, including 41 missiles and 652 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types.
