Russia struck Kharkiv on the night of September 23; one person was killed

On the night of September 23, Russian troops launched an attack on the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv. Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported the attack, noting that one person was killed as a result.

 

According to Terekhov, two enemy drones struck Kharkiv, causing two cars to catch fire and shattering windows in nearby high-rise buildings.

The mayor later reported that one person had been killed as a result of the enemy shelling.

On the morning of September 23, air raid alerts were declared in Kyiv and several regions due to the threat of UAVs.

Earlier, Russia struck a Silpo distribution center in Odesa.

In addition, Russia attacked Kyiv with drones, resulting in casualties and damage.

Overnight, Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine, and fires broke out in several regions.
